    KFC Ireland adds chicken fillet rolls to their menu

    The popular Irish dish is to be added to the fast-food chain’s menus exclusively in Ireland.

    Fans of the humble deli favourite with be delighted to hear the news that KFC Ireland is to add chicken fillet rolls to their menu.

    From 7 June, KFC restaurants across the Republic will serve the Irish culinary classic alongside their other menu items.

    KFC’s take on the Irish sandwich will be available for a limited time only. So, make sure you get your hands on one before it’s too late.

    News that KFC Ireland is to add chicken fillet rolls to their menu will be music to the ears of fans of the Irish classic.

    Fondly remembered by Irish people of all ages as the dish of choice to suit all occasions, chicken fillet rolls are often purchased from petrol stations and delis.

    Maybe you grab one on your lunch break from work or school. Or pick one up after a GAA match. Maybe you remember enjoying the tasty treat when you to grab a bite to eat on long car journeys.

    Whatever your reason, everyone in Ireland has fond memories associated with the humble chicken fillet roll.

    The Irish favourite will be available at KFC restaurants around the country.

    Whether you’re in Cork, Dublin, Galway, or somewhere else, you can use the KFC Finder on their website to find out where you can get your chicken fillet roll fix.

    KFC’s take on an Irish classic – a Kentucky twist

    The Kentucky-style fried chicken experts will be serving up two variations of the Irish delicacy.

    As KFC Ireland add chicken fillet rolls to their menu, you can choose from an Original version and a Zinger version.

    The Original will include KFC’s Original Recipe chicken, cheese, black pepper mayo, and lettuce stuffed in the famous baguette.

    For a spicy kick, you can opt for the Zinger Chicken Fillet Roll. It will feature KFC’s Zinger fried chicken, cheese, their spicy supercharger sauce, and lettuce.

    Both chicken fillet rolls can be purchased as part of a meal deal, including fries and a drink, for just €4.95.

    Limited-edition – get one before it’s too late

    KFC Ireland will only add chicken fillet rolls to their menu for a limited time. So, if you want to get one, make sure to visit the chain between 7 June and 1 August.

    Plus, if you download the KFC app, you can get your hands on the tasty treat for half price… what more could you want?

    In a statement on their website, they said, “I mean a KFC Chicken Fillet Roll… it just makes sense doesn’t it?

    “A KFC twist on an Irish cult classic – a baguette roll filled with slices of delicious Original Recipe breast fillet, topped with cheese, lettuce, and black pepper mayo.”

    The KFC chicken fillet rolls will be available at stores across the Republic in-store, at the drive-thru, and by delivery.

    The KFC chicken fillet rolls are currently only available on a limited-edition basis. However, the chain has suggested that any surge in demand could extend the item’s stay or make it a permanent offering.
