RuthAnne Cunningham from County Dublin is soon to have her name in lights. This Irish woman’s song is to feature on the new Diana Ross album.

It’s great news for Irish music fans as this Irish woman’s song is set to feature on the new Diana Ross album.

RuthAnne Cunningham, also known professionally as RuthAnne, is a name we might not have heard before, but we will most certainly know the hit songs she has penned for various global artists.

She has taken pen to paper yet again and created a new track. We must say, we are excited to see this Irish woman’s song featuring on the new Diana Ross album.

An Irish professional – she’s no stranger to showbiz

RuthAnne, who hails from Donaghmede, County Dublin, is a pro when it comes to songwriting.

She has written hit songs for Britney Spears, Niall Horan, Westlife, and Jojo, to name but a few. However, the best part, she says, is that when she is out and one of these songs comes on, no one knows she was actually the writer behind it.

RuthAnne likes to remain a little mysterious, and we love this humble Irish streak. However, she has another exciting venture on the way as now, this Irish woman’s song will feature on a new Diana Ross album. We, at home, couldn’t be happier for her.

Big news – it’s all ahead of her

The legendary singer Diana Ross will release her first album in a whopping 15 years.

Although the award-winning Irish songwriter RuthAnne wrote the song well over a year ago, she has gotten word that it has finally been recorded and will feature on the new album, and she wanted to share the news with us all.

This won’t be her first claim to fame, however, as this young lady is not only Grammy-nominated but has also been a featured artist alongside Professor Green, Rob Thomas, and even JRY for the Fifty Shades Darker song ‘Pray’.

A creative genius – she wrote lots of the songs we know and love

If you aren’t aware already, RuthAnne, who sometimes goes by the name Rooty when collaborating, is behind the hits ‘Too Little Too Late’ by Jojo, ‘Slow Hands’ by Niall Horan, ‘Work B###ch’ by Britney Spears, and has supported Alanis Morissette on her world tour in London.

This girl shows no signs of stopping, and we couldn’t be more excited for what she has to come.

Woman In Harmony – a noble cause

RuthAnne was part of the Irish Women in Harmony collective.

As well as this huge career moment, RuthAnne has been a part of the Irish Women in Harmony collective.

Set up in 2020 by various Irish female musicians, their aim is to raise awareness of domestic abuse throughout COVID-19. They recorded ‘Dreams’ to raise money for Safe Ireland.

This is something close to her heart, and we think she is just incredible for doing this.

Coming soon – the song we’ve been waiting for

Hearing the news that an Irish woman’s song is to feature on the new Diana Ross album has us all feeling proud. And we must say, we cannot wait to hear the track.

‘I Still Believe’ will be released as part of the album Thank You this coming November.

It seems as if there is nothing this girl can’t do, and we are eagerly awaiting her next epic move. She’s certainly making us all proud!
