The 2023 Irish Farmer Calendar is here, and we were not ready

Now in its 13th year, the Irish Farmer Calendar is back and better than ever for 2023.

The Irish Farmer Collection comes around every year and features images of real Irish farmers across the country. It also features cute little farm animals, including ducks, rabbits, cats, sheep, and many more.

The calendar entails collections of images of real-life topless farmers holding bunnies, boots, and whatever farmers can get their hands on.

The calendar was shot in four locations over the last two years, primarily Cornstown House in County Meath, which specialises in Alpaca Trekking.

For the first time ever, the Irish Farmer Calendar features Santa Claus in the 2023 edition. It has always been something the people have loved, having outsold One Direction, Justin Bieber, and Conor McGregor in the calendar charts before.

It also received international recognition in the ‘Irish Farmers’ book published by McMillan in the United States.

It is not only the locals who love it, as the calendar receives orders from the US, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Hong Kong and beyond. The first order for the 2023 calendar came from Japan, followed by Switzerland and Finland.

Due to COVID restrictions in 2021, some of the images couldn’t be published. Therefore, the creator of the calendar series, Ciara Ryan, says that the 2023 edition will be a combination of shoots that took place as early as 2019 and as late as October 2021.

So, rather than featuring the usual 12 images, the 2023 calendar will feature 23 images. Ciara Ryan said, “This year, the calendar is a special edition which features 23 images rather than the usual 12 images.

“So far, this has gone down a treat with fans, and we see new orders coming in every day from all over the world. It is great to see the calendar has universal appeal”.

The 2023 calendar features Irish farmers from all over the country, including Offaly, Mayo, Dublin, Wicklow, and Kilkenny.

As Christmas is fast-approaching, it would be the perfect present for someone who loves topless men and alpacas.

If you are keen to get your hands on the 2023 Irish Farmer Calendar, you can do so by visiting their website here. The calendar costs €12.99, which is around the same in dollars.
