Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson in Stranger Things, has been delighting fans all over Kerry since last week.

He was pictured in Sheehy’s Spar in Dingle, who shared a picture to their Instagram after he called into the shop.

Since then, the 20-year-old actor has made an appearance in a Killarney pub, where he joined locals in singing ‘Sweet Home Alabama’.

Gaten Matarazzo has been on a voyage around Ireland for the past week and has been spotted in several haunts around ‘The Kingdom’.

We know he is no stranger to singing as before Stranger Things, he pursued vocal training at Starlight Performing Art Center in New York.

He began his performing career on Broadway, playing Benjamin in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and Gavroche in Les Misérables before he took on the beloved role of Dustin in the hit US sci-fi series.

One TikTok user, @amygriffin651, posted an incredible video of Matarazzo joining the singer at what appears to be J.M Reidy’s pub in a rendition of ‘Sweet Home Alabama’.

He is later seen dancing to ‘Gimme, Gimme, Gimme!’ by ABBA in a nightclub in the same chaotic gem of a TikTok.

Our beloved “Dusty Bun” has not been making his presence a secret, as fans have been delighted to have him in several spots around the county.

From Spar’s to pubs, he has been delighting fans all over. As well as visiting some of the popular pubs around the county, staff at Sheehy’s Spar in Dingle were also delighted to snap a picture.

In the photo, Matarazzo is seen giving a thumbs-up to the camera with two local fans on either side of him.

Another sighting – pouring a pint of the black stuff in a popular Killarney haunt

The Stranger Things star has been enjoying the mighty craic The Kingdom has on offer and was even seen pouring himself a pint of Guinness at O’Donoghue’s of Killarney.

The bar posted a photo of him pouring a pint on Facebook, saying, “A demogorgon, a dungeon master and Gaten Matarazzo walk into a bar…..

“We were thrilled to have ‘Dustin’ from Stranger things pull a pint of #guinness with us here during his time in Killarney!

“We’ve seen some strange things in @odonoghuekillarney but now we can officially say we have seen Stranger things!”.
