    As the fifth most financially successful former X Factor contestants, it comes as no surprise that Jedward, John and Edward Grimes, make our list of the ten richest Irish men under 40.

    According to the site Celebrity Net Worth, John and Edward have a combined net worth of €7.5 million ($8 million).

    Since The X Factor, the pair have released four studio albums (two of which went platinum in Ireland), represented Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest twice, appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, and so much more.

    9. Robert Sheehan – a beloved Irish actor

    Robert Sheehan is an Irish actor from Portlaoise who has appeared in the likes of popular shows Misfits, The Umbrella Academy, and Love/Hate.

    At 36 years old, he has a net worth of €1.8 million ($2 million). Perhaps his most memorable and loved performance was as Nathan Young in Misfits.

    8. Dermot Kennedy – one of Ireland’s biggest singers

    Born on 13 December 1991 in Rathcoole, County Dublin, Dermot Kennedy is a famous Irish singer known for the likes of songs ‘Outnumbered’, ‘Power Over Me’, ‘Paradise’, and ‘Giants’.

    With his position as one of Ireland’s most prolific singers right now, Dermot Kennedy has an estimated net worth of €2.8 million ($3 million).

    7. Barry Keoghan – one of the most famous people in the world right now

    The Oscar-nominated actor has an estimated net worth of somewhere between €2 million and €3 million ($2.1 million and $3.2 million).

    Hozier is a legendary Irish singer and songwriter who is one of the best Irish people of the last decade.

    At 33 years old, John Collison is Ireland’s youngest self-made billionaire. He is an entrepreneur and the co-founder and president of Stripe, a multinational financial service and software as a service (SaaS) company.

    John co-founded Stripe with his brother Patrick in 2010. As of 2022, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, his net worth is estimated at $11.4 billion.
